July Challenge 7/17

Hello and welcome back to our Challenge Blog post!  Let’s kick off today’s post by announcing our June Color Palette Challenge results!

The winner of our June Color Palette Challenge is… Jill Taylor

We chose Jill’s gorgeously watercolored Large Peony 5 card. We love her floral composition and how she added a Peony Cluster to accentuate her florals against a bold Geometric Lattice die cut.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Here are three additional projects that especially stood out to us:

Marge created a stunning shaker card with our Peony Garden stamp and incorporated the palette hues amazingly with watercolors.

Meghan created a stunning watercolored card with our new Peony Terrace stamp by beautifully incorporating the bright hues from our color palette into the details of this stamped image.

Vicki created a wonderful layout of Fresh Cut Anemones and we absolutely love how she chose the bright teal as a backdrop for her coral anemones.

All of the entries from our Color Palette Challenge were so amazing and we’d like to thank everyone who participated in last month’s Challenge!

For this month’s new challenge, we have a fun and summery Mood Board Challenge!

Create any type of paper crafting project inspired by our Mood Board. You may be inspired by images in the photos or by some of the colors you see in the images on the board. We leave it up to you in regards to what you choose to take away from this board. We cannot wait to see how you interpret our Mood Board for this month’s challenge! How to Play

1. You must use a Ton product as the main focal point of your card or tag.
2. Display the cue word and mood board on your post and include a link to the challenge in the body of your post.
3. Link your card to the new link up tool each month. 
4. There is no limit on the number of cards/tags you wish to enter into the challenge.
5. The winning project will be chosen based upon detail, composition and aesthetics.
6. Challenge winners and Honorable Mentions will be announced during the introduction of the subsequent challenge.
7. Winners will be invited to be a guest designer for the next challenge.
